Payment and Refund Policy

Refundable Payments:

- All payments made to Claz.lk are refundable.

Refund Requests:

- Refund requests can be made within 14 days of registration.

- To request a refund, you must provide a reasonable reason for the request.

- Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of the approved refund request.

Refund Approval:

- Claz.lk reserves the right to review and decide whether a refund request is approved or not. 

- The decision to approve a refund request is at the sole discretion of Claz.lk.
